Dear Marie, Rita and Judith,

I express my prayerful sympathy to you and all your family on the loss of your husband and brother, Ed. When Fr. Frank and I lived at St. Stanislaus and were teaching at Cathedral Prep, I was often a guest at "Ann's Diner" for delicious Slovak and Polish cuisine. Ed was often there too, along with Rita and Stan. I have many happy memories from those times together.
Ed was born on the eve of All Saints' Day; in God's mercy and love may he now join the saints. He worked for many years at Erie Insurance; our Catholic faith gives an eternal "insurance" thanks to the Grandson of St. Ann. It is sad that after Ed served our country far away, he had an unjust price to pay for many years due to Agent Orange. His patron is St. Edward, holy king of England; may Christ the King welcome Ed to His heavenly Kingdom. He died just as Mary's month was beginning; may our Blessed Mother embrace him now.

Marie,
I am sorry for your loss. Ed was a co worker, wonderful person with a great sense of humor. He always had a joke to tell. I am glad I got to know your husband.

My sincerest condolences to the Przepierski family on the passing of "Big E". He was a good guy & he will be sorely missed. The Cleveland Browns & Indians have lost one of their biggest fans.
